Society of Pediatric Cardiovascular Nurses Registration Form

    The Society of Pediatric Cardiovascular Nurses is the only international nursing organization dedicated to expanding nursing knowledge and expertise in the care of children and young adults with heart disease.  We have grown to an organization of over 375 nurses from most states in the USA and a number of other countries who are working in all aspects of pediatric cardiovascular health care.
    Benefits include:  Information & collaboration, newsletters, annual directory members, research activities, annual meeting/education program at the American Heart Association meeting.
     Our annual dues are only $20.  The SPCN fiscal year runs from November 1st to October 31st.  Dues notices are sent out mid-summer and, according to the SPCN bylaws, membership payments are payable and due by September 1 of the current year, although new members may join at any date.  Information from membership application forms are used to print the annual directory which is distributed in November each year.  To assure your entry into the directory for each year, all information should be submitted by September 1.
