The Pediatric Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (PCICU) at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children is specifically designed to meet the individual needs of patients who are recovering from cardiac surgery. The PCICU consists of 20-beds that are staffed by a dedicated team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, respiratory therapists, a social worker, a clinical dietician, a clinical pharmacist and a child life specialist, all who have been specifically trained in cardiac care.
We are current seeking a Registered Nurse for VFT Day and Night shift positions with the following experience and education/training:
Experience
- Twelve months hospital RN experience required
- Licensure/Certification
- Current license in the State of Florida renewed every two years
- Maintains current BLS and PALS
Education/Training
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Assumes responsibility for professional development and continuing educational
- Meets all mandatory and developmental requirements for Orlando Health and unit
