Johns Hopkins All Children’s Heart Institute in Tampa Bay, Florida is seeking a Clinical Database Administrator

Description:

Responsible for the Administration and leadership of the assigned cardiac database(s). This includes data collection and submission/entry of reliable data into the database. Provides strategic planning clinical data for the clinical programs. Exercises discretion and independent judgement related to the clinical database programs.

Requirements:

Registered Nurse with a BSN or higher. Minimum of three years nursing experience required. Experience in a pediatric and cardiac setting highly preferred. Able to function with minimal direction. Computer skills and database management essential. Knowledge of Windows environment, Excel, and Access required. Ability to communicate and relate well with people of diverse backgrounds, training and experience. Requires some flexibility with work schedule to accommodate the contacts required with physicians and patients/families. Ability for repetitive hand, wrist and finger motion required for keyboard and filing requirement
