The Walt Disney Pavilion at Florida Hospital for Children in Orlando, FL, is the first children’s hospital in Central Florida to receive Magnet® recognition, and the only hospital in history to carry the Walt Disney name. We’re also the region’s only pediatric provider for bone marrow transplant, kidney transplant, Gamma Knife services, trilogy radiation and Level III epilepsy care. The Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Unit, a newly-opened area within Florida Hospital for Children, provides high-level postoperative care for newborns, infants and children with congenital and acquired heart conditions. The PCVICU team includes a world-class surgeon with over 30 years of cardiac surgery experience, specialized nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists and a certified child life specialist. The PCVICU team is dedicated to providing quality and innovative family-centered care to our patients.

Requirements include a FL RN license; a minimum of one year recent PCVICU/PICU/NICU or adult CVICU RN experience; and AHA/BLS certifications. BSN, PCVICU experience and ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications preferred.
