At All Children’s Hospital Johns Hopkins Medicine, our Nursing practice is inspired by a single shared goal: to provide leadership in pediatric care through treatment, education, advocacy, and research. All Children’s Johns Hopkins Medicine is the regional pediatric referral center for the West Coast of Florida with over half of our 259-beds dedicated to intensive care level services.

We are excited to announce the new 10 for 10 Nursing Career Initiative. The first 10 experienced full-time PICU or CVICU RN hires will receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus!

* We also have sign-on bonus opportunities for full time RNs with 2 years of critical care pediatric nursing experience.**

We are also pleased to announce our new CNO, Dr. Veronica Martin, DNP, RN, NEA-BC. Dr. Martin is a vital part of our dynamic Nursing leadership team. She is leading the way to help guide our talented RNs in delivering exceptional quality based care to our local and international communities each and every day.
